For as long as I can remember, I've been the person others confide in — I listen without judgment, look for what's possible, and genuinely care about the people in front of me. What truly lights me up: partnering with someone as they grow into the full scope of their leadership.
That instinct found a home when I led a learning and development function at a SaaS company, spanning teams in both the U.S. and India — navigating my own move into leadership while helping others make theirs. Watching them grow their confidence and impact was the most rewarding work I'd done. I'd long suspected coaching was where I belonged, and when I trained for it, I got clear about what I wanted next: to focus on leadership development. So when the right role at a global consumer goods company came along, I said yes — designing experiences that help leaders navigate change, influence with confidence, and shape outcomes across an organization.
My pull toward global leadership began somewhere less expected — as the only American inside a Brazilian NGO. Leading when the cultural rules weren't my own changed how I understand leadership itself, and I came home to pursue a master's in Intercultural Relations, studying what sets exceptional global leaders apart.
I bring a calm presence, real warmth and humor, and a deep belief that you are the one with the answers — cognitively and emotionally. My role isn't to hand you solutions but to be a true thought partner: someone who listens intently, not only to what you say but to what's moving underneath it, and who thinks alongside you to open up possibilities you might not reach on your own. I'll challenge you when it serves you, hold you accountable to what you say matters, and champion you as you stretch into new ground. Together we create a space where something opens up — a clarity and aliveness that makes real insight possible. A space where you can think freely and be entirely yourself.
I'm an ICF-trained coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), working from its Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. I also hold a Master's in Intercultural Relations from the University of the Pacific / Intercultural Communication Institute.
I felt genuinely listened to, supported, and challenged in equal measure. Her thoughtful, thought-provoking questions helped me reflect at a deeper level — not just on what actions to take, but on what those choices revealed about my values, purpose, and the person I want to be.
